Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and who else sees it. Written to be read in a couple of minutes.
This page explains what we do with the information you send us through this website, and what we don't do with it. If something here isn't clear, ask us: we'd rather answer a question than have you guess.
What we collect
What you type into one of our forms: usually your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry, such as a property address, a timeline or a question. If you'd rather not send a form, call or email instead and we'll keep the same record of the conversation.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange calls or viewings, and keep track of what we've discussed. We don't sell your details, and we don't hand them to other agents to market to you.
Who else sees it
The tools we use to run this site and our email are the only systems involved in day-to-day enquiries. If a transaction follows, the parties who need your information to do their part, such as a lender, title company, inspector, attorney or the other agent, will see what's relevant to your deal and nothing more.
Text messages
If you check the texting box on one of our forms, we may send text messages about your inquiry, appointments and real estate updates to the number you provide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We don't sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only outside parties involved are the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records stay with us while there's a reasonable chance you'll work with us, and for as long afterwards as the law requires. Ask us to remove yours and we will, unless we're obliged to keep a record.
Cookies and other tracking
The site uses the cookies it needs to work properly. If we add analytics or advertising tracking, we'll list what it is and how to opt out here.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@sumnerduo.com or call 360-229-3252 and one of us will take care of it.

If how we handle your information changes, this page changes with it. The version published here is the current one.
